When we started our own business it was to fulfil our long held ambition of working with private garden owners to design, redesign, renovate & build gardens.

Andy & Lucy

Gardens never stand still & are constantly evolving both in natural ways and through intervention by their owners; most properties have a garden or outdoor space which may need updating, remodelling or maintaining for which you may need advice or assistance.

We pride ourselves on our quality of workmanship at all stages!  No job is too big or too small and whatever you may need help with in the garden, we have the qualifications & experience to get the job completed to your satisfaction.

We welcome enquiries from all and take time & care to listen & understand your requirements; discuss the appropriate course of action and provide a detailed quotation covering all of the tasks that are agreed with you.  During the course of the work we prefer regular customer liaison, ensuring that we get the job done right first time in a clean and professional manner.

Our ability & experience of working with all types of materials enables us to harmonise the structural ‘hard landscape’ elements, often harsh and stark looking on their own, with the complex requirements of the living ‘soft landscape’ elements, to soften and enhance the overall finished appearance.

Our prices are realistic , enabling us to complete the work to a high standard and use the correct techniques and materials.  We operate well maintained equipment and pay particular attention to fine detailing and leave the site clean and fit for purpose both during construction and more importantly upon completion.

We  schedule our work systematically and aim to recycle as much of the site waste as possible during the completion of the project, thus avoiding costly and unnecessary disposal to landfill and the wasteful use of new materials.

Since setting up in business we have undertaken further specialist training and branched out into various aspects of tree maintenance.  For those of you with large gardens we can consider the garden and its structural elements as a whole & our customers benefit from a single consultation.  A number of our clients have commented on how beneficial it has been for them to have one port of call for all their garden’s needs.

Management, a course packed with a wide range of practical and academic modules.  Throughout, the course was largely orientated around surveying, drawing office practice and garden, landscape & woodland design.

Andy was one of a handful of students to have a garden design layout displayed in the student tent at the Chelsea Flower Show.  We both went on to achieve BSc in Amenity Horticulture, Andy with a distinction, at the same college in conjunction with Hatfield University.

We offer a complete range of services from planning & design work through to more general site clearance, tree pruning, drainage and ground work, specialist bespoke construction, more conventional ‘off the shelf’ construction projects, border renovation, planting and maintenance.
